Christian Bale arrested for assault!

Oh, man. This couldn’t have come at a worse time for the star of the Dark Knight!
Christian Bale has been arrested on assault charges, and guess who he’s accused of assaulting? His mom and sister. We don’t know anything about the actual assault, and since Christian Bale is a VERY private actor, I doubt we’ll ever know unless Mom and Sis start talking. Here’s Christian’s official statement:
“Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister.
“Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police.
“At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.” - source
