Ian McKellan will be reprising his role as Gandalf in “The Hobbit”

Great news for all of LOTR fans: Gandalf will be starring the remake of “The Hobbit”, played of course by the wonderful Ian McKellan:

The third question down gets right to the point - will you again be our Gandalf in The Hobbit now that the deal is settled?

“Yes I will, if Peter Jackson and I have anything to do with it, he being the producer and me being, on the whole, a very lucky actor. - source

Well, honestly - it would be criminal to have anyone BUT McKellan in that role!

Can you keep a secret? I’m about to tell you about my love for Sir Ian.
