Today (June 1) “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson was seen hopping a flight from LAX to New York. He was a little scruffy and somber looking, most likely exhausted from all of the MTV Movie Awards hoopla!

Robert had one busy night taking the stage to gather his awards and the awards for “Twilight”. He won for Best Fight Scene, Best Kiss and Best Male Breakout Performance. The movie came away with Best Movie, which I was thrilled about!

June 20th has been declared Robert Pattinson day at several theaters in the UK. Here are the theaters and movies that will be shown:

“Twilight” won for “Best Movie” last night (May 31) at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, beating out “Slumdog Millionaire”. Not only did “Twilight” have a big night as far as awards go, but Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart also debuted the “New Moon” trailer.

Taylor Launter walked the red carpet at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, which were held last night (May 31) in Los Angeles, CA. He was nominated for “Best Make Breakout Performance” but lost to co-star Robert Pattinson. No worries though, “Twilight” won a lot of awards!

ET talked with Taylor Launter on the red carpet and asked him about how exciting this all was - the nominatons, showing the new trailer, etc.

Taylor responded with, “It’s real cool. We had a blast making the film. I think they just wrapped in Italy like yesterday or two days ago.”

“Twilight” won BIG at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, just like we all knew it would. They won for “Best Kiss”, “Best Fight Scene”, “Best Female Breakout Performance (Kristen Stewart)”, “Best Male Breakout Performance (Robert Pattinson)” and “Best Movie”. They were nominated in 5 categories and won them all.

Two of the hottest films of the year are about to battle it out at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. It’s “Twilight” versus “Slumdog Millionaire”, which were nominated by fans, and received nominations in SIX different categories, including “BEST MOVIE,” “BEST KISS” and “BREAKTHROUGH PERFORMANCE MALE.”

Taylor Launter attended the 2009 Kids Choice Awards in Hollywood on Saturday, March 28th. The “Twilight” star took a break from filming “New Moon” in Vancouver, B.C. to accept the award for the Twilight, which won Favorite Book Series. YAY!

Taylor looked mighty handsome all in black. He was sporting a black leather jacket, black shirt and black jeans. The fans in the KCA crowd went nuts when he took the stage to accept the award. He decided not to hug Hugh Jackman and Sandra Bullock since they were covered in slime. I don’t blame him!

As he accepted the award, he said, “Thank you guys. Thank you very much. This is awesome. Let’s see…the Twilight series….Stephanie Meyer, the author, she really wished she could be here right now, but she wanted me to tell you guys thank you for all of your support. And thank you Kids Choice for recognizing this amazing book.  We’re currently filming New Moon right now, having a lot of fun. So, I can tell you first hand, you guys are going to love it. We’ll see you in theaters in November. Alright, thank you!”

Taylor Lautner was interviewed on BlogTalkRadio yesterday and he gave us “Twilight” fans some great news!

He said that he definitely sees “Breaking Dawn” turning into a movie. Well, I should think so! Fans would freak out if not.

He also shared that he knows he wouldn’t be where he is today without those fans.

“I’m getting a little nervous. But I’m so thankful for the fans and even those Robert Pattinson/Edward fans. I know we wouldn’t…be here filming New Moon and [then] filming Eclipse if it wasn’t for them.”

Yesterday, March 3rd, Robert Pattinson was spotted running some errands around Los Angeles. The “Twilight” star just returned from his trip to Tokyo where he was busy promoting the movie with co-star Kristen Stewart.

Rob tried to sneak back into his hotel room, but was immediately surrounded by paparazzi. He definitely doesn’t enjoy the attention and had no idea what he was getting himself into when he said yes to “Twilight”.

He is expected to fly out to Vancouver sometime this week to start filming “New Moon”. He’s going to be one busy man for the next couple of years. After shooting for “New Moon” wraps up, the cast will start filming “Eclipse”, which is the third installment in the series. It has also been reported that “Breaking Dawn” will start shortly after “Eclipse” has wrapped up. Wow!

Billy Burke, who plays Bella’s father in “Twilight”, was asked who he would like to see cast in “New Moon”.

"I would love to have Dakota Fanning in the movie," Burke said. "She’s one of the most talented young actors that’s come around in ages."

Burke also said how he excited he is to reunite with his co-star, Kristin Stewart.

"We get along in this weird ethereal way that I haven’t gotten along with any costar before," Burke said. "She brings something that makes me want to go to work."

Burke became a father during the shooting of “Twilight”.

"It’s the weirdest and coolest thing I’ve ever had happen to me," the actor says of being a dad.

"I had to turn down a movie last month because I didn’t want to be away from the baby. I’ve never had to make decisions like that before. I used to be a pretty selfish bastard. Now I’m thinking like I’d rather spend time with my kid."

“New Moon” starts shooting in Vancouver, B.C. next month. I am SO excited!!

Robert Pattinson landed in Tokyo on February 24th for the premiere of “Twilight” on the 27th. The young star was greeted by many screaming fans at the Narita International Airport.

Robert will be joined by co-stars Kristin Stewart and Taylor Lautner and after this premiere, they’ll head to Vancouver B.C. to start filming “New Moon”. Filming will also take place in Volterra, Italy. Yay!

On the red carpet at the 2009 Oscars, Rob said, "This is my last night of light. I go up to Canada soon [to shoot New Moon]. And my character goes 50 times darker then it did in the first movie."

Speaking of “New Moon”, Ashley Greene, who played Alice Cullen in “Twilight”, said that she has seen the script and it’s “really good”. She told Extra that it’s even better than its predecessor.

"I’m so excited. I finally, finally got the script and it’s good," she said. "It’s really good… I’m really excited to work with [director] Chris [Weitz]. I finally spoke to him the other day."

She continued: "I like it better than the first one. I might be biased because I have a bigger part."

“New Moon” will be released on November 20, 2009.
